Wilson Central continues to win after defeating Watertown 3-1.

After rebounding against Siegel, the Lady Cats have now won over Smyrna and Watertown that continues their winning tradition against the Lady Tigers, taking the first set 25-17. Watertown had an answer, though. The Lady Tigers took the second set 25-20. The game was now tied, and the Lady Cats would once again have to go to 4 sets to win.

The Lady Cats took set number three 25-18, swinging the momentum back in their direction. They carried this momentum into the fourth set, winning 25-15.

Senior Nicole Brill led the Lady Cats in kills with 13. Sydney Dalton followed Brill with 11 kills and 8 aces. Taryn Wilson had 22 digs, and Emilee McDonald ended the night with 17 assists, 11 digs, and 3 kills.

The Lady Cats advance to 8-1, as they will play Cookeville on September 10. Junior Varsity begins at 5:00 p.m., and Varsity plays at 6:00.
