Girls Varsity Volleyball · Fall–Volleyball–Lady Cats Move 7-1 after Comeback Win over Smyrna

After losing to Siegel yesterday, the Lady Wildcats make a big comeback, defeating the Lady Bulldogs of Smyrna with a set score of 3-1. Wilson Central then carried that energy into the third and fourth sets, topping the Lady Bulldogs 25-8 and 25-19. The Lady Cats gain another 3-1 win, giving them a record of 7-1.

Nicole Brill led Wilson Central with 14 kills. Sydney Dalton followed Brill with a total of 13 kills. Taryn Wilson had 24 digs and 2 assists, Anna Kate Guethlein wasn’t far behind Wilson with 18 assists and 10 digs. Emilee McDonald finished off the night with 15 assists, 10 digs, 4 kills, and 2 aces. The Lady Wildcats leave their 2-game stint in Rutherford County with a 7-1 record and will travel to Watertown High School to take on the Lady Tigers. Freshmen start at 4 p.m, Junior Varsity begins at 5, and Varsity plays at 6.
