Wilson Central was defeated by Station Camp on coming home night by a score of 55-41.

The Wildcats were unable to get shots to fall from the perimeter, as only 4 threes were successful from the Wildcat offense. Daniel Jackson put up 12 points, and Wilson Central’s only other double-digit scorer was Caleb Lawrence with a pair of threes and 4 points from the interior, giving him 10 points. Tyler Hayes had 8 points, but no other Wildcat had more than 5 points behind him.

The Bison found their offensive spark early in the game in the duo of Dane Diaz and Eli Thurston. The two accounted for all 19 of Station Camp’s points in the second quarter, and Diaz finished with 17 points with Thurston just one behind. Wilson Central also doubling the Bison’s fouls with 16 accounted for 9 points to Station Camp off of free throws, which would have made the game much closer.

Wilson Central fell to 11-15 (3-9).
