Due to communication issues with twitter, this article was not published when assigned.  WCSN apologizes for this issue but we are now back up and running.

The Wildcats entered game number 9 with a even record of 4 wins and 4 loses.  The thinking was having won 3 of the last 4 games the Wildcats would be up to task that they faced from district 9AAA and county rival Lebanon Blue Devils.  The Wildcats controlled the tempo for most of the first half however, the Blue Devils were hitting 3 point shots from all over the playing floor which allowed them to take a lead into half time 28-21.  The Devils continued their pace of scoring while the Wildcats were having some difficulty handling the pressure from Lebanon.  The Blue Devils increased their lead going into the 4th quarter 46-31 allowing the Wildats to only score 10 points while scoring 18.  The final score saw the Blue Devils take game number 1 of the 2017-18 season 61-53.

The Wildcats will play at home on Tuesday Dec 12 entertaining Stewarts Creek High School for the second time in 14 days.  Gametime tipoff will be 15 minutes after the girls game slated for 7:45.  As always you can watch the game live on the  NFHSnetwork just follow the links from
