The Wilson Central Boys’ Soccer team improved to 8-2 on the season with a win over district and county rival Mt. Juliet. Much of the success Wednesday night rests on the shoulders of Senior Keeper Kellen Lively as he recorded 10 saves only allowing Mt. Juliet to record a goal on a penalty kick in the last seconds of the first half. Scoring for the Wildcats were Casey Bramble in the 4th minutes (Assist from Hayden Woodrow) and Kiefer in the 24th minute (Assist from Adam Williams). The final score of the game was 2-1. The Wildcats have three district games scheduled for next week: Gallatin at home on 4/18 (7:00 kickoff), at Hendersonville on 4/20 (7:00 kickoff), and at home against Portland on 4/22 (2:00 kickoff).
