Meet Recap

Wilson Central Boys earned the State Runner up trophy at the TSSAA State Championship to cap off a wonderful season! The Wildcats were led by our three Seniors: Nathan Peterson, 8th (16:14); Joel Barlow, 9th (16:15); and John Elrod 10th (16:16). Placing three runners in the top ten is an incredible feat at the State meet! Following the seniors were juniors Baylor Franklin (32nd with a time of 16:56) and Grant Pody (88th, 17:37). Sophomores Russell Riggan (96th, 17:47) and Chris Farmer (128th, 18:10) ran great on the tough state course. CONGRATULATIONS, WILDCATS!
